 I have what looks like a fingerprint on almost every shot, particulary noticably in sky shots.
  It is not lens specific so I assume its inside the K100D camera.  Any ideas on how I can get rid of it.

As it is not lens specific, the sensor of the camera needs to be cleaned.

If you do not have the necessary equipment to clean it, I would recommend you to go with it to a camera store and kindly ask if they could clean the sensor.
