the becks twist is photoshop effect?

No Kho. It is not photoshop. It is a combination of zooming & twisting the camera while trying to use the beer bottle label as the center of twisting & keeping the mix of colors. Exposure balanced with ambient by flash which froze the bottle a bit.
I did a few tries of exposure and twist experiments for the shot.
