I have a question about the compatibility between the K100D and the lenses with internal motor.
I know that the K100D doesn't have the necessary connectors to drive the lens motor but will the camara's motor be able to focus the lens?

I remember reading a long time ago that (some) pentax SDM lenses were compatible with K100D but I think this is not true for the sigma HSM lenses.

The k100d will not drive SDM lenses. The k100ds (super) will. It has to do with the two extra contacts required for SDM. I can't speak to sigma's HSM system.

I have the Sigma 70-200 with HSM and there's no screw drive function, its HSM or manual. I would think the others are like this to.
