Saw this today and I had to share it. This is a really different review and I think I learned more from this that all the reviews with the specs, measurbations, etc. The reviewer is used to MF cameras and really describes why the 645D is different and indeed perhaps a defining camera. It's making me really serious about this camera. The more I work in landscape photography (and I'm starting to use an original Pentax 645 film camera) the more I see that I will want to own and use this camera sometime in the next year or two.

Actually there is more to this. Here is a very interesting comparison between a 645D and a Phase One P40 + a Leica and a Canon 1D. Very interesting results.
