A scene on my doorstep

Sunrise over the River Wensum in Norwich UK,This river runs for about 50 miles across Norfolk and continues through the centre of Norwich, Taken about a 100yds from my front door, this location is within the city boundry, colours are almost original other than slight adjustments in Levels and contrast, taken on one of those winters mornings when the colours and scene is almost surreal.

Excellent picture . . . and more evidence that it isn't the hardware that counts!
Looks like one of those days when it was a pleasure to just be there.

It was a pleasure to see, but very very cold. it was taken last year, one of our coldest winters for years.

Looks like a painting.

Lovely shot. Very unusual lighting.

Beautiful capture Gordon - the red on the right side draws the viewer through the image

The mark of a good photo is one that makes you want to be there. This does it for me.
