That's fox and coyote bait, otherwise known as a bunny.

Hey, Ron, now that's another neat idea. After watchin' you drag that bass around on a leash all day lookin' for a place to 'shoot' it, I just knew I'd eventually learn something else from the 'pro'. But I have to admit, havin' those sticks of dynamite in the boat was sort'a scary. An' I thought that $50 would surely be enuff to buy off that Fish 'n Game Warden, but that's all I had to give ya.
How do ya recommend doin' it? What's worked for you? Liquid, injection or tablet? Heck, that l'il guy was still nursin' so I suppose I'd have to give it to the doe, huh?

(Sorry, David. Ya just never know where a thread's headed when ya turn it loose do ya?)
