Login Troubles

I'm having troubles logging in to PW.

First issue is that my login is not remembered every time I come here I need to login again. I've looked, but can't find anywhere to check a box to "stay logged in". But, maybe it is hidden under the search box. It seems in the header of the main page, the search box is not in proper alignment - is the check box for "stay logged in" possibly hiding under there?



Moving onward, when I do log in, I am brought to this page, which is nothing but an image - no place to go from there but to click away to another site somewhere else:

Not trying to complain or anthing as I am a new member here - just find it difficult to get in.

Using IE9 with no problems like this at any other site or forum.

I'm sorry you are having troubles and I know exactly what you mean. AFAIK this is not a browser related issue. In the short term what you need to do is this.

Do not use that login block, use the other one on the left column a bit down from the top of the page below the vertical quick link block. It has a pull down that let's you stay logged in forever. When you use that you will go to an image. Go back one page (which will be the home page) and then click on the PentaxWorld logo on the top of the page and you will be (or should be) logged in forever. There definitely is a glitch there that has to be fixed.

Try that and see if that does it.

I did as you suggested and it worked fine - did the initial login, went away for an hour, came back to being already logged in.

Sorry for the glitch in the system.

Just click login with no username or password, then you will be direct to a different login page with remember me check box.

Try the following login page
