I believe that Spyglass (Tim) will set up the voting page shortly is the norm. There will be an obvious link to it from the home page. Given that Tim is a volunteer and has a real job, this usually takes a modest amount of time - a day or two. For this contest, given that there are a lot of entries, it might take a bit more time. Just wait an see, it will be soon, that's for sure.
