I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every member of PentaxWorld for the 37 days, 16 hours, and 32 min that I have logged on with you, 1047 Personal Messages, and the 3110 posts I made. I have enjoyed the challenges of being an Administrator and working with the other Admins and Super Mods on the site. They are really a great bunch of individuals who work hard to provide everyone with a quality place to spend time.

It has been a pleasure interacting with so many of you over the years. Thank you for sharing your learning curves and achievements. This site has been and will continue to be as good as the sum of its members. You provide the content and the heartbeat. Make your voice heard and leave your mark and positive influence on the site. Start threads, share ideas, and question everything. Never stop learning, never stop asking, and keep an open mind. This hobby is only limited by our imagination.

Like all of you, personal goals and the need to be challenged is the wind behind my sail. It is encouraging me to start a new journey.  It is time for me to move on and clear the way for new fresh ideas, energy, and direction on the site. I have made the decision to step down as Administrator. I will leave my membership in tack (as deleting it would remove posts and create thread disruptions) but will probably no longer be active or participate on the site. I simply will not have time.

I am happy with all we accomplished together, appreciate all the laughs we shared, and wish all of you success in whatever you strive to do.

Thank You PentaxWorld.  Cool

Spy,

For once I am speechless, you for a long, long time have been the glue that has held us together. You went out of your way to help this old guy find his way around the "back end" of the forum and accomplish some of his duties.

The Forum will miss you immensely.  Sad

My friend I wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

Ditto and I hope we finally meet one day. Crazy how we live only a hour away and as much as I respect you, we have not met! You were a big part of why I continued to come back to this site even knowing I switched to Nikon gear. I owe you a coffee my friend. JIM... cell # is [Removed by calsan]... Cheers... and may our paths meet one day.... JIM

I am very sorry to see you go. Although I have only just joined the forum I can see already that you are/have been an integral part of the banter and smooth running of this small but fun and knowledgeable Pentax forum. Hope you find time to post on here from time to time at the very least.

Good luck to you.
