Hello PentaxWorld,

Our name suggests that we are a world wide community of Pentax users. We are proud to have members from many different countries. We know we can do better in this regard. With this in mind we are trying to take a step forward and explore a translation feature. Located under the clock at the top right hand side of the Main page is a new language feature. Click on the pull down menu and select your language of choice / country.

Like any translation tool there may be errors, or inconsistencies. We do not control, edit, or have any influence in the translation process. We will try to ensure that we run with the latest updates and improvements. Please be patient and keep an open mind. We want to support all members of PentaxWorld and hope that this new feature will be of use.

Hehe, good fun! I love automatic translations. But when I follow the "read more" link to here it stops translating. The beginning of this post was fun already.
Here is the re-translation from German back to English:

I think that is very good! These automatic translations keep getting better.

Phewwww Roll Eyes  I was worried when I started reading your reply that you were going to say that it came up with something rude or vulgar. All in all, it seems to get the general message across. The feature does not seem to catch all the pockets of text scattered around our site, but it does get the majority of it. I viewed the site in Yiddish last night...... thought I was reading one of Earls posts.  Grin (just Yidding)   Grin

Google translation is still in beta stage, but it is getting very very good nowadays. I find their Chinese translation to be very good. Smiley
