Below are the extra features that we gave to our supporters as an appreciations:

1. As a recognition to PentaxWorld's Supporter, we have created a special Supporter Membergroup, with the title "Supporter" under your username.

2. Larger private message mailbox of 500 message storage.

3. Ability to Custom Edit Title in profile.

For the first 100 supporters, we are giving out LIFETIME SUPPORTER MEMBERSHIP for ANY AMOUNT of donation! Every cent is appreciated!


Donations from members will be used towards:

1. Shipping cost for Pentax brochures distributions to members
I can obtain good quality nicely printed Pentax brochures in Japan for free, but shipping cost to members oversea is quite high of around US$15 per a set of 5~7 brochures.

2. Prize for contest in PentaxWorld
Current in mind is a FA 50mm F/1.4 lens if we can raise US$200 from donations. We can start a photo contest once the amount is achieved.

3. Dedicated Server rental cost
PentaxWorld is currently on a dedicated server with AMD XP2800, 160GB HDD, 1024MB RAM...etc. and located at Savvis Datacenter in USA   !
(server rental costs will increase by extra US$8 per month to US$122 starting 1st April 2007 as being informed by the rental company 2nd March 2007)
